Below are a few things to keep in mind, when you place your order with Soka.

Each piece at Soka is made by hand and made to order with tailoring techniques. It takes on average 21 business days to fulfill an order to ensure you receive the highest quality product.


SVG domestic shipping

For local orders within St. Vincent and the Grenadines, clients can be measured in person at the Soka studio. We offer delivery services on mainland St. Vincent between Prospect and Campden Park.

If you are outside of our delivery area, arrangements can be made for pickup in Kingstown.
Deliveries to the Grenadines can be arranged to be shipped via the ferry for pick up.

International shipping

We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of materials and the shipping option that you chose.

Shipping rates are based on weight.

If you need your order by a specific date, please email us at hello@sokathelabel.com. We will try our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order is ready to be shipped, we will email your shipping confirmation to the email address you provided on the order form. Please ensure your shipping address is correct as we cannot change or update the order once it is en route to you.

Please note, we are not responsible for any delays at customs for your destination country, nor are we liable for any import duties or sales taxes that you may incur. Any abandoned package is the sole responsibility of the customer.

In lieu of the global pandemic as well as shipping your order from the Caribbean, fast deliveries we cannot be guaranteed.

Item not delivered?

If you have not yet received your order within the estimated delivery time, please allow an extra 2-3 days before contacting us because packages may have been delayed by the selected courier service.

Once items are dispatched it is the responsibility of the postal service to ensure packages are delivered.

Please note that refunds will not be issued for lost packages, however items will be resent if a package cannot be traced.


Returns

All we want you to do is love yourself wearing Soka!

But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, your order may be eligible to be returned for exchange or store credit as long as the item(s) is still in saleable condition, with tags still attached to it. Otherwise, we will not be able to accept your return.

To ensure your item is covered by our return policy, returns must be initiated after 14 days of receiving your item.

We are a slow fashion company. Each item is hand-made to order in St. Vincent and the Grenadines and we do not stock items. Please give us time to process your exchanged item(s).

Email us at hello@sokathelabel.com to notify us of your desire to return your item(s), with your order number and reason for return. We will respond via email with all the necessary information to process your return.

Faulty or Damaged

Soka takes extreme pride in producing high quality products, should you receive an item(s) that does not meet this standard, please contact us hello@sokathelabel.com.

Sales Items

ALL items on sale or discounted are deemed as final sale and are NON-refundable and NON-exchangeable.

Custom orders

Custom orders CANNOT be returned or exchanged.

Return Cost

Please note we are not responsible for any shipping costs or duties associated with the return of your item(s). Additionally, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged goods. We further recommend you to choose a shipping option with a tracking number for your method of return.

Items returned for in store credit, does not include the cost associated with returning the exchanged item to the customer. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping cost for returning your item.

14 Days to Return

To ensure your item is covered by our return policy, returns must be initiated after 14 days of receiving your item.

Returns Processing Time Frames

Once the returned item(s) arrives at our studio, you will be notified via email. It will take us up to 7 days to receive, inspect and process the return.

You will be notified via email once your return request is accepted. Any signs of wear or damage will lead to the return request being denied.

International orders

For International orders, customers must cover the cost of return shipping and are responsible for all duties, taxes or brokerage fees associated with the order.
